Inspectors & regulators
Health, sanitary, food safety and fire profiles write
violations, not "observations", under the right document title —
the register your office and the establishment expect.
Safety officers (OSH)
Log hazards against PPE, fall protection, machine guarding,
electrical safety, hazardous materials, housekeeping, signage and
emergency response — with the photo attached and a required action
recorded.
Architects
